Draft for legal review. The binding text will be published here once our lawyer approves it; the Hebrew version prevails.
Who we are
The House of Stories · Sipur Chayim is a service of Entrypoint Systems. It interviews a person in phone calls and writes a life story the family reads and approves. Questions about your information: admin@storyechoes.com.
What we collect
- From the person interviewed: call recordings, their transcripts, and the book written from them.
- From family members: name, email and relationship, to give access to the book and to chapter approval.
- From the site: what you write in the contact form, so we can reply.
- Technical data: server logs, for operations and security.
Why we use it
To run the calls, write the book, show it to the people the family approves, and answer messages. We do not sell information or use the stories for advertising.
Providers that process the information
- AudioCodes: the phone line and the recording. Its copy is deleted after 30 days.
- Google: the engine through which the AI interviewer hears and speaks.
- OpenAI: transcription, chapter drafts, and answers in the chat with the book.
- Supabase: storage of recordings, text and the book, on servers in Germany.
- Vercel: runs the site where the family reads the book.
Some processing takes place outside Israel, including in the United States, under data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
The retention schedule for each kind of information is being set and will be published on this page. Until then, any information is deleted on request.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information about you, correct it, delete a call or the whole story, or withdraw consent. Write to admin@storyechoes.com.
